Looks pretty intense but I'm always wary of having to buy things. You might just want to invest some time and read sites like exrx.net, crossfit, and pick up a book on plyos and yoga.

I have been using it for a couple of months , it is pretty intense & incredible(not trying to promote it or anything). I was just wondering if anyone here uses it.

+10,000 on the cross fit.

It's the real deal. I know tons of guys in the Army use it, as well as fire fighters, etc.
