Online training logs - any recommendations
I have seen at least one poster who has a signature that says a weight loss goal and pounds lost/gained to date. It got me to wondering what online training logs folks really like. I am just starting to ride my bike again after some years off and have a very ambitious (perhaps stupid) goal of riding a very long distance - 500 miles in 5 days - by the middle of September.
So I'd like to track my progress and also keep my motivation levels up when, like this morning for example, I just didn't feel like getting up. The September start date is usually motivation enough but I think an online log would only be extra motivation since it creates a "permanent" record of my on/off days.
So what are your favorites and why?

its the best all around FREE internet based training log. i have tried them all. i want one where i can record all types of workouts and share with others. you can track diet, weight, and equipment mileage too. the only thing that would make it perfect would be the ability to upload direct from a Garmin.
fitday is a great food log. i used it for over a year to help me count calories and drop 70 pounds. another great free site. later.
