    I was beginning to have more "senior moments." I started cycling regularly. Not only did I eventually lose a few pounds, although slowly; but my mental acuity improved, too. I assumed it was just better circulation. Thanks for the link to the article.

    Not enough exercise in my case.

    Aren't there studies which show that exercise delays dementia?
