Recovering from life burnout

I know this isn't bicycle related but it is endurance related. On my job and in my personal life I have pushed myself to extremes in the past couple of years and am trying to recover from burnout, specifically trying to develop some endurance. Can someone give me some nutrition/supplement suggestions? Also general exercise to develop endurance.

Thanks!

nutrition: Get a well balanced diet from all of the food groups, and specifically increase the carb intake a bit for energy purposes. And cycling is a good sport to develop endurance. Best of luck to you.

Also, I have found that eating smaller meals 6 times a day really helps even out the low points of the day.

What is your "endurance" goal? Do you want to cycle long distances? Or just have the stamina to get through the day? Or for some other sport?

If you want to develop your cycling endurance ... ride ever increasing distances.

But don't forget to REST!

Thanks! To be honest I have always thought cycling was a boring activity but recently I rode my friends e-bike and liked it so much that I started pedaling...and pedaling...and thought it was so much fine that I started easing off the throttle and doing more and more of the work myself...and then realized...I was having a blast! Because of this, you may have noticed, I have posted in other categories about making an electric assisted bike to help me continue. Actually, I think part of the reason for this is that my knees usually feel a slight pain - discomfort - when cycling, especially starting up, but with the ebike I can use the motor to get the bike moving and after the bike is moving can pedal without any pain sensation at all...and fly like the wind
