What are some good dumbell excercises in addition to all the pushups-pullups-chinups that I am doing? I am only biking every other day but I want to bulk up a bit on muscles in the upper body and maintain it. I heard dumbells are good. I dont want to go overboard(ex bodybuilding) but I want a good weight training regiment that it fairly decent in additon to cycling. Thanks!
Pick a body part, then pick a dumbell exercise.
Are you using a bench as well? Or just a set of dumbells?
