Has anyone else been bitten by this amazing workout they call Kettlebells? I have only been doing it for 3 weeks and have already seen drastic improvements in my speed on the bike and in the pool. It is a complete weight training and cardio workout all in one. This is the real thing. If you are looking to lose weight or gain strength without getting bulked up, this is for you. I would recommend looking for a someone locally who teaches Kettlebell classes. My cousin just got certified in June and is completely reshaping my workout philosophy.
