Calories burned for different exercises

I saw here that people frequently asked about how many kCal they burn when cycling. I found this chart from the Mayo clinic:
https://www.mayoclinic.com/health/exercise/SM00109

It says it represents moderate intensity. 15mph?

I would say around 16-18 mph.

Pretty much useless to estimate calories. I can ride at 250 cal/hour or 800 cal/hour.
