create a three week plan to get back into the swing

i have been given a three week lay off between jobs and have all that time to either rot on the couch, or ride and work out like mad. know there needs to be a balance but am bad at instituting that on myself. please help me get back into the swing of things after a late season bought of with laziness by creating a 3 week training plan for me. bike/gym with low weights. go....
