Flu Shot/Mist

I got the Flu Mist yesterday because my employer (USAF) forces us get it. Anyways, I haven't been sick all year and now I'm sick because I got this dam vaccine ............ Owell end of my rant.

Me too, I was feeling great and decided to get a shot a week ago. I've had a sore throat and an annoying cough for days. :/

The last time I got a flu shot (about 17 years ago), I was sick that entire year.

My father gets them every year, and every year for a month or more after the shot, he's sick.

The thing is, the shot might protect you from last year's flu (to which you've probably already developed an immunity) but they don't know what new flu strains will come up in the next year so the shots can't protect you from those.
