Are there any cycling/indoor training videos or Youtube or anything?...

I'd like to watch something while on my trainer but I don't want to go out and get training dvds as it'll probably ruin some present ideas... Anyone know of anything that could hold me over until then?

i just watch normal tv... family guy is on ktla5 weekdays at 6-7. A solid hour of working out.

youtube mostly has clips of spinervals as an intiative to buy them. I searched and found nothing. Like you, i didn't want to purchase a training dvd for more than a movie would cost me.

maybe theres some audio training you could play off your computer/stereo at home? just a thought.

but nothing beats family guy to pass the time

Get one of the Bike-O-Vision DVDs to tide you over until you get training DVDs for presents. www.bike-o-vision.com I recommend St. Croix, Puerto Rico, or Death Valley. They're quite a bit cheaper than actual training DVDs such as Spinervals or Train Right.
