Training Schedule Advice?
I did a few searches and everything that popped up was pretty old, so hopefully I can get some updated advice. I'm looking for information to help start a training schedule. I have read many threads about intervals, hill repeats, long steady distance, etc. but I am looking for a website or something to help me put it all together. I went to the Polar site last night, but I wasn't impressed with it. I'm looking for something that I input different values, like LT, age, weight, etc. and it gives me a schedule to follow that is more suited to me. Any sites like this exist? Programs? Books? Thanks for the help.
Oh, and right now, I would say weight loss is the main goal, but I think that will come along with training hard and eating better.

Also get their Cycling Plan - that's what you want. There's no age or weight input, but for the most part that doesn't make any difference anyway. If you want to be thin, strong, and fast, then train like you are.
PD: I have no interest in this company, and they have no interest in me.
