Heart Rate Monitor @ Woot

Just thought I'd share if anyone else was looking for an entry-level heart rate monitor. Woot.com has a Reebok one for $20 today. I've been keeping my eye out for a deal on one for a while, and hadn't seen anything this good. This is not an endorsement for woot or Reebok, use your own judgement on that, but if you're in the market for a HRM for training, it might be worth a click. www.woot.com

I posted the same thing in the commuting forum earlier after I picked one up. For $20 I' don't think you can beat it. My old one died after years of use and I had one on back order but I canceled it after seeing this deal.

I just ordered one. Looks like a deal for the price. Thanks!

Yeah that is the problem with Woot. They have some amazing deals on there some times but once they are gone they are gone. They also have shirt.woot.com where they sell T-shirts for $10 shipped. There are some days where the shirts are sooooo cool they are sold out already at 7am Pacific which of course is when I wake up.

Just thought I'd post that the same Heart Rate Monitor is on Woot again today, $19.99 + $5 shipping. I bought a second one today, for my wife.

I haven't had any real issues with this one since I got it back in January. I had to replace the battery in the chest strap once, after about 2 months of use. When the battery gets low, it starts reading funny heart rates (bouncing from like 0 to 230), but other than that I've had no problems whatsoever.
