Training programs for the winter?

I know some folks have asked for help to develop a training program- I will be about ready to start on developing individual periodization programs for people pretty soon. Actually, I'm pretty busy right now, but as of like Oct 17th or so, I should have free time available to start looking through what people want to develop for themselves.

If you are interested, just drop me a PM intead of posting online. Because I'd like to make each program specific to the individual, I'd rather not have some cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all kind of thing going on here. That will be of little benefit to anyone.

So your saying now that bike season for many of us is coming to a close, donuts, pastries, and the recliner probably isn't a wise choice? DARN!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, I'm saying eat up on those donuts, pastries, and sit in that recliner all day long, cause in November, that stuff is coming to an END! Well, not an end, but to a decline, at least.
