I went for a long ride yesterday. (54 miles) I drank plenty of liquids (water & gatorade) and had some trail mix during the ride. I noticed that my stomach didn't feel quite right afterward. Not exactly naseous, though. I didn't feel hungry that night. I had some soup because I thought I needed to get something in my stomach, but I could have easily have skipped that.
Is this normal? Is this something I will have to get used to as I make longer rides?
