I am going away on holidays for 1 week soon, and i know that a week not riding will not hurt and would probably do me the world of good. But i was wonding if anyone had a full on 7 day training program i could do before i go away. Keeping in mind that i can go out for 2 hours monday, tues, wed, fri and 3 hours thurs. and i have more time on the weekend.
I want to hit it hard have a week off and come back strong for a few big races.
