Anyone used Race Caps Supreme?

The promo piece for this sounded good, but then promos for almost all supplements sound good. I'm wondering if anyone has any personal experience with these, good or bad.

Who knows if any of this stuff does any good? It's not like you can do controlled trials, is it? All sorts of things change as you go through your training plan. I never seem to have two years that are the same, even with the same plan. So you say . . . how much does it cost? Is whatever small improvement I may or may not see worth that money to me? At least with this stuff, there's nothing in it that can hurt you IMO. I've taken CoQ10 for many years. I seem pretty young for as old as I am, but who knows why that is?

My wife got some so I've been taking them before races. They haven't seemed to hurt...

The thing with supplements, is that its difficult to tell if they are doing anything. I'm stll taking them before races or particularly hard workouts.
