I'm open to all sugestions...Tomorow I have a physical endurance test that will last around six hours. We have to bring our on lunch and water. If you were gonna be doing push-ups, sit-ups, running, carrying heavy stuff, what would you eat the day before, and carry with you the day of for food?? This all starts at 6:00am and will last for 6 hours. We will also be doing lots of hand-to-hand combat and weapons firing..(It's my SWAT Team tryouts.) They actually call it "SIX HOURS OF HE!!". Thanks to all who respond with advice!
