Beans are very high fiber. Oroweat Double Fiber bread is a pretty good sandwich bread and has 6 grams of fiber per slice.

2.5 cups of pinto beans will get you about 37 grams fiber which is plenty. You will also be able to keep people from drafting too close.

Broccoli is virtually fat-free, low in sodium and contains more vitamin C than an orange! Vitamin C is great for your hair, skin, teeth, fighting infections and keeping red blood cells healthy. Broccoli is also a good source of folate, iron, fiber, potassium and vitamin K, and has more calcium than a glass of milk

I hear carbon is pretty good.
Also psyllium husks if your post is about avoiding constipation. Put a spoonful in a glass of orange juice and let it sit for a while before drinking.

+1 on psyllium husks. I take 'em in the capsule form.

Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Pasta, good source of protein as well. Arnold's Double Fiber Wheat Bread, goes great with pb&j!

Brown rice is one of my favourite. Whole grain bread. Fruit and vegetables.

Fruit juice has no fibre, but if you make a smoothy with pieces of fruit you have a tasty treat with healthy fibre.
