For those who are weight training during the winter.what sort of program do you follow.I mean in terms with fitting in the bike aswell.I was always tue/thu during the week on the bike and having long endurance runs at the weekend.However after starting the weights I found the best day to work was Wed, but couldnt meet the guys on the thursday as my legs were still too sore from the weights the previous night.

Ive started making thurs recovery day, with just light spin on the turbo and treating it as not losing a training day, but REPLACING it with the weight training.Any thoughts would be great.Oh, and what is those who are not weight training doing during the winter with regards to days on the bike.cheers
