    I'll play,

    1.88m(6'2" approx.)
    139kg(approx. 306lbs)
My resting heart rate is 46 in the morning and around 52 mid day.
As of now I am only riding about 50mi a week(mtb) and running about 25 to 30mi depending on how I feel.

Soon as I top out at 145.5kg (approx. 320lbs) I will start to diet down for next season (football).

My ideal training rate is 145 to 155bpm.
