Craving Spicy Foods

I don't what it is or why but I have been craving spicy foods for a while now; the spicier the better.

I just had to get that out.

I'm with you. I love hot food. Have you tried this?

I'm especially fond of her plain habanero salsa (not the mango one). It's excellent.

I'm with you!! Most of my diet is ultrabland, but for the past week, and next two weeks, I am free to add spice to my foods ... and I have been doing so!!

Burritos ... Mmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!! And maybe I'll do something with curry next week.

I get it at Wholesome Choice at Culver and Michelson. Not sure if Von's or Albertson's has it.

Oh, Kool. It's few blocks from where I live. I keep meaning to try Chicken Tikka Masala from them.

If you live in the Irvine area, try the Chinese restaurant, Chef Chen. That's Walnut and Jeffrey. Try their wonton in spicy sauce.

Your cravings are entirely normal. Remember the four basic food groups... spicy things, chocolate, alcohol, and everything else.
