Pain in groin

Pain in groin

I just got my first road bike and iam very excited and have been riding it for the past two days. However i been having a lot of pain in my balls and i do not know what its from. When i stand it still hurts and its only in one of my balls. So any help is great.

Cycling uses hip flexors. If you do hills or lots of hard sprinting, the pain is worse. Do stretching.

1. Reposition your bike seat. Others are smarter about this than I am about the "best" position, but I found that tilting the nose downward slightly helped me.

2. Wear shorts with chamois.

3. Buy a gel bike seat cover.

4. Get your bike professionally fitted.
