Cycling uses hip flexors. If you do hills or lots of hard sprinting, the pain is worse. Do stretching.

1. Reposition your bike seat. Others are smarter about this than I am about the "best" position, but I found that tilting the nose downward slightly helped me.
2. Wear shorts with chamois.
3. Buy a gel bike seat cover.
4. Get your bike professionally fitted.
