training videos on your computer

Hello all, i am new here and i hope you guys can help. Since my bike and trainer are in my basement near my computer, i was wondering if anybody had training videos in avi,mov or any other digital format so that i could watch them on my PC while training? Thanks for your help. Steve

you could get a DVD drive for the compute.. they are reasonably chep these days if you look around

thats a good idea. A quick browse of my favorite hardware vendor tells me i can get one for around $35. I will consider it. But, I would still like to see if I can find them in a PC format.
