Duathlon
Im doing a duathlon on Feb 1st.
Its called an F1, run 2, bike 10, run2, bike 10, run 2
sounds like a good deal, just did a 1/2 marathon last weekend.
Anyone have good training tips for a duathlon?

Make sure you do enough brick workouts so you know how getting off the bike and running feels and vice versa. I would also practice with the distances you will be doing. Other than that have fun!
