I used to be a big opponent of Timex, but I have to say, their newer hrm are more user friendly, and with the advent of their Body Link system and GPS unit, it does make life a lot easier to train with when you've got the full functioning unit. And the digital monitor has a lot less cross talk than the other monitors out there.
There's a website I can send you to that does side by side comparisons of different monitors that also gives a discount. Let me find the discount code and give that out with the website later today.
