Hard to say when we dont know how hard you lift/ride and in what shape you are already in. As long as you are not overtraining you should be OK i think. My only possible suggestion would be to take a day off from riding on fridays after you lift legs. this would give your muscles more time to recover from the lifting, and its the recovery that is most important in weight training.

I think you also need to define your objective as on the other thread you indicated a weight loss objective in which case the lifting should probably be more for muscle maintenence/metabolic effects rather than maximum muscle gain.In any event hitting each muscle group once a week is enough however divided and you do probably want to prioritize the cycling but like was said don't overdo it take some recovery days.

Hammer, I think you might be guilty of doing too much, however noble the cause maybe.

Resting is paramount. You are right to rotate your weights but I think there is too much going on. You feel ok now probably but if something does go wrong, you might not be too willing to respond to it. Take a rest day or two or at least do something light on those days.

I suppose your body will let you know how far to push it. Pain, in the nicest possible sense, is an exquisite mechanism as it forces you to rest the wounded/damaged area. Don't wait for pain to be the only signal you respond to.
