I was at the LBS and picked up some Accelerade Gels. Has anyone tried these? The owner said they have protein and its good for your muscles, but I have been reading that Accelerade makes people take a poop and I dont want that happening. I am doing 2 centuries this weekend and I am afraid to try something new, even though we have rest stops.
What do you guys think?
Its not worth the risk and i have plenty of food for the century. 3 Power gels, Clif shots, 2 cliff bars, and fig newtons, and cytomax.
