Elbow Pain
I rode around 35 miles this morning and when I stopped riding I noticed that my left elbow gives me pain if i extend it out. It is a pretty sharp pain on the inner side elbow. If you extend your left arm out the pain would be on the inside near the bone by the elbow. I want to know if my posture may be causing the pain? My right does not hurt, so whats the deal?

Bend your left elbow when you ride ... don't lock it.

No I am not left handed. I may have had my arm locked out but wouldnt my right hurt also? I can still feel pressure there but it was painful all day yesterday.

You right elbow wouldn't hurt unless you had it locked too. You could be riding with one locked and one not.
