I'm dyin over here, could really use some help. I have stomach problems (ulcer) so I have had to quit caffeine cold-turkey. It's screwing me up at work and on my morning rides - mainly, I can wake up and exercise fine... at 6 AM, but by 11-6 PM when I get off work, I'm ready to fall asleep at my desk.
I'm currently trying a b-12, b-6, vitamin C supplement .. the bottle says 1 a day, but I've been taking one in the morning and one at lunch. Still not enough.
Anything else I can try? Keep in mind, caffeine is out of the question. It raises stomach acid and makes me feel like I swallowed a red-hot razor blade.
