What is a good exertion number for both hard training days and weeks vs recovery. I have some as high as 800 and a medium of about 500. With rest days around 200. Checked polars site and it gives little to no info.

My group ride days are usually 500-600. My midweek endurance rides, mostly in Z2, are 100-150. My real recovery rides on the rollers are usually about 50. YMMV.
