My husband and 3 other guys are doing a 24 hour race next month. I've been volunteered to make breakfast. Hubby said pancakes, which normally are wonderful, but not sure if that would be the best for the guys. I also want to have lots of snacks and energy foods for them. The race promoters are having a pasta dinner at midnight and the race runs from noon to noon. Any ideas on what I can make for not only breakfast, but to have on hand for them?
