Not on schedule

Hello,

By this month 'February' i got busy with my final year project. (I am doing B.Eng. in Electronics).

I will be busy till the end of June ! (i.e. i am not on my coach's schedule, where i have to do around 200 km per week), i read that i should not miss two days with out training. i can't before the college is too cold, as well after the college i am exhausted. by the way i have simple GYM machine, would it help?

what is the minimum training i must to do in way not loss the fitness? is the weekend enough?

i hope the information is enough
