When is the best time to consume protein?
Is there a best time to eat protein, whether something like whey or the real stuff like salmon? Should you eat it before a ride or afterwards?
I eat protein regularly I'm just wondering if there is a "best" time to do it in relation to your cycling so you get more of the rewards.
