To pulp or not to pulp?

Hey guys, I love having a glass of orange juice with my oatmeal in the morning and sometimes before rides. Ever since I can remember, I have had my mom buy no pulp because I didn't like the texture. However, lately I have been trying to refine my diet to make it healthier. I was wondering if getting pulp orange juice offers any extra nutrients that no pulp does not. I would assume it does as it is the actual orange pieces, but that is just a theory. Thanks for the help.

If your purpose is improved nutrition and health, skip the orange juice, and have an orange. wash it down with a glass of water. The fruit itself is always better for you than just the juice.

As to pulp or not, i'd imagine the pulp adds fibre, but thats just a guess.
