I'm reading Friel's heart rate monitor book and getting and idea of how to organize workouts until i get his latest version of the cyclists training bible

anyways I'm seeing how he has endurance, Speed, power etc

any recommendations (besdies the aero base disc's which I have already) on spinnervals or CTS vids that can be used while following along with hie theories

I find time flies while on a bike watching a spinnervals versus just TV
