I have not been riding much this past month, only 10 times in the last 30 days. I seem to be losing muscle mass in my legs. I just noticed it recently after doing a 3 hour mountain bike ride. I do not feel any weaker than before, this season has bean going pretty well, only 482 miles/47 hours so far, but a good bit of spinning unaccounted for as mileage in the first two months. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong or need to do to change this around?
