keeping weight on whilest touring

i eat like crazy...still on a two week tour,i lose 15 lbs....
i don't want or need to....any idears?

A lot of that has to be water. Drink juice, sports drinks regularly. Eat a good
breakfast.

I agree with the above poster. That much weight loss that fast almost HAS to be primarily water weight. You should be drinking around a bottle per hour.

indeed..any wheres between one and one and a half gallons a day...eatin big food too...

i plan on an extended tour this spring...hope i don't wither..

As a tourist you should be eating more fat and protein than the traditional high carbohydrate racer's diet.
