question about

Hey everyone ...

I've just switched from FitDay to DailyPlate, mainly as DP has an application for my Iphone. Does anyone know if I need to enter time spent sleeping on DP in the same way as you did on FitDay? It seems to me that DP calculates sleeping time as calories burned, whereas FD used it to alter / calculate your BMR.
