Post Pics of what you are eating!!

inspired by the thread on bodybuilding.com but im guessing bikers would be eating something a little different than a plate full of chicken breast meat washed down with a 50g protein shake .

i just had spaghetti with chicken nuggets, but i forgot to take a picture, so here is something i took a picture of. I believe its just rice with veggies and ground turkey meat. as u can see im not good a cooking so i like to just mix my ingredients into a bowl with rice.

I love the "Meals eating now" thread too, hopefully it will pick up here. I finished my food for today, but I'll definitely post some tomorrow.

Brilliant! I'm going to buy a bag asap. I get baddddd late night cravings and always feel guilty. SF seeds seem like they wouldn't give that feeling.

exactly! it's great because it takes some amount of time to de-shell, slowing down the process..

just be careful of your sodium intake...i always have good annual checkups and don't eat too much sodium otherwise, so i don't worry about it much, but if you eat a lot of frozen meals or something, be careful..

I do well to avoid sodium in my diet currently. Veryyy seldom do I eat frozen dinner type stuff or known high-sodium foods. I think this would fit in nicely at the end of the day. Thanks for the heads up!

About two hours ago, I ate white rice with grilled lemon tilapia. I didn't want to wait the hour for the brown rice to get ready.

Tonight, I shall bake more bread.

A large bowl from this batch of 24 QTs of my finest chili. (BTW no apples, plums or pineapple were harmed in making my chili)

Hm, sure haven't heard about that. That's pretty interesting, though my gut tells me it's probably not the best thing every single day...idk.

Those energy bars look gooood.
