Carmichael Progressive Power Series

I was wondering if anyone is doing this set of DVDs this winter? I am just getting back into cycling after not riding for a few years and have gain much weight. I would like to do some type of program to help me to accomplish the Livestrong ride in June. I do not want to ride outside, too cold, for now so I want to do something indoors until the weather is more agreeable to me.

Let me know what you think...

Hi Ron, Carmichael has some great videos but they were not for me. I get bored easily and need workouts that are different every day. I also find that my body responds better to the ever changing workouts. Alot of the training that I do is indoor. You can check out my blog to get daily updates of my workouts. I also have a link to where I get my workouts. Make the livestrong ride your best ever!!

I don't have any experience with them other than having watched the sample clip on Carmichael's website, but there was a thread that mentioned them a few days ago on the Road board. Someone(I think it was jrobe) had them and spoke highly of them.

My trainer came with the time trial dvd and I used it last winter with great results. I only have the one dvd and might buy the whole set because it gets boring doing the same workout all of the time.
