Energy Bar ??
What kind of Energy bars do you like and why ???
I try to eat 'normal' food, bars are useful though if you cant stop or in the longer races over 60 miles for me anyway.
cliff bars, just not the peanut ones. i like them so i use them. i stick with Hammer Products for everything else. later.

Balance bars. They're the only ones I can eat and still push myself. They don't form rocks in my stomach. Cliffs are too chewy and Powerbars are too sticky/chewy/gummy.
