Grean Tea

I drink a lot of green tea. I'd say3-5 cups a day throughout my work day. I have not been bike commuting as I have in the past... but will be back to it within the next few weeks.

I have read that drinking green tea is really good.. but I've also heard it is really bad because of the tannins.. I was wondering if someone could clarify it a little bit for me.

Here's a good, short article re: the health benefits and minimal health risks of green (and white) tea.
