Calories, fat, carbs, protein, intake sufficient?

Today, my intake.(not exact but close)

Calories-3133

Fat-62g

Carbohydrates-371g

Protein-177g

I'm 130lbs+/-2lbs, 5'10.5".

Training- I did 1.25 hr, 4x3min (w/ 3 min recovery) intervals in zone 4-5(85-95% MHR201, Was in zone 5 only briefly)

Does this seem like proper intake?

I'm trying to gain muscle mass and hence, gain weight. I don't know if this is enough.
