HI Rumrunn ;I think a lot of what would come to training and nutrition gets absorbed in the other forums but maybe if people had a place to tell individual training and nutrition facts or follies we could get more imput to this very important forum but I have not one bright idea./Kenneth

Plus, some people realize that advice in this section might be harsher than others where the variety of solutions is greater. So they post in those locations for consolation.
