Carmichael videos

Anybody purchase any of the Trainright videos from Carmichael Training? In lieu of getting coach, I am wondering if these videos are worth it. thx.

Just get a powermeter and allen/coggans book. a bit more expensive, yes. But you are going to be going there eventually anyway, I am just saving you some time

i came across one bittorrent and tried it out this winter. I feel like it did help me in my indoor training and I plan to purchase/download from the carmichael training site before the next indoor riding "season".

not a racer, just getting/keeping in shape.
