I'm old. DHEA production drops something ridiculous like 80% when you get old.
As far as riding goes.. I am thinking about building an ark. My old rain pants are leaking, which reminds me, I wanted to get some Seam Seal. I have an even older pair of hiking rain pants that I am going to try Wed. My current schedule is
ride Sat,Sun off,Mon legs/back at the gym Tues off. Wed/Thu is ride one day and gym (arms) on the other. Fri is off.
I have been killing myself on Saturdays, that's why Sun is off. A day off after the leg workout is something my old bod needs.

I didn't design this, it's just raining all the time, so 2 or 3 days a week, I hit the gym. Did I mention it's been below normal temps?
Btw, I am talking a DHEA at lunch on the days I have a hard workout. Too early to come to any sort of conclusion.
