Hurt my achiles tendon

Hello I hurt my achiles tendon while playing tennis.
It only hurts if I stretch it, I'm doing stretches twice a day to help it heal up.
I have kept bike commuting, if i dont pedal hard i dont really stretch my tendon. Do you think this is ok?
However i wrestle, I would like to keep wrestling but dont know if its a good idea. Any thoughts?

Strained mine earlier this year. Found the only way to get them well was about 10 days off the bike and rest. No problems since.

At least that was my experience.

Didn't get any worse; just no better. Finally gave in and gave it rest. Back to riding now with no problems.
