Anyone use Taurine?

Commonly found in red bull, monster, rockstar, or any other energy drink under the sun

I've drank it (sugarfree versions) of energy drinks recently and i've noticed that muscle soreness after shore (20miles) but hard rides is almost eliminated. I normally do a protein shake and eat healthy, but i've found that taurine really helps eliminate the soreness on the next day
