I am trying to follow a basic 10 week training program by bicycle magazine for a century.
I am confused as to what the difference is between 'Endurance Pace' and 'Overall Endurance Pace.'
On certain days of the week it has me doing one or the other. They are definently trying to differentiate between the two because those days are color coded differently.
Anybody know what the difference is?
"Do you need a ride?"
I have no idea. Do you have a link?
Yeah, a link might clear things up. All I could think of is that endurance pace might be a pace that you are comfortable riding a long ride, and OVERALL endurance pace is the pace you are actually trying to ride the century. But that's only a guess.
I dont. It's a page torn out from the magazine.
I'm going to google actually, 'BING' it. I'll see what I can come up with.
