Does anyone out there have any personal experience using L-Carnitine? Good, bad, neutral experiences?
I took it many years ago. I didn't see any noticable effects. Good, bad or otherwise. I was taking it in a supplement cocktail of amino acids and creatine. I found all to be more or less useless with a proper protein based diet. I ended up switching to another cocktail which worked signifigantly better...but it is now illegal.
My friend who was a veggie guy got better results than I did.
